Mycophin Cures Onychomycosis

In a double blind study in 24 subjects with DSO Onychomycosis culture proven T. rubrum, Dr. Barquero completed the first Mycophin trial with a 95% cure rate.

Mycophin in Tinea Capitis

Based on an initial open study, Dr. Barquero completed the study in nine subjects with Tinea Capitis caused by Microsporum and Trychophyton species. Children were treated daily with Mycophin Anti Fungal Gel for 3 weeks and were all cured.

Mycophin in Skin Fungal Disease

Subjects treated by Dr. Barquero with Athlete’s Foot (Tinea Pedis), Jock Itch (Tinea Cruris) and Body Ringworm (Tinea Corporis) were cured in a preliminary open study with markedly reduced treatment time.
